Relaxation

Stable as a mountain
Free as the wind,
Empty as the blue sky

Relaxation is nature’s way of recharging the body.
Sometimes we can feel tension in our muscles without any reason and even while we are resting…
Through the yoga practice we learn to relax and find a state of equipoise, balance and receptivity. A state in which we remain aware and relax consciously through a method that induces complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation.
Through the practice of deep relaxation we progressively feel physical relaxation, the release of muscular tensions related to the body and the nervous system, mental relaxation, the release of mental tensions which result from the excessive mental activity and to the unnecessary worries and anxieties that take away energy.
At the end of our daily practice, exploring deep relaxation we establish harmony in all facets of our being.
